Network IP update to cssh01.sdcc.bnl.gov has been postponed until further notice, update to nxcampus01 still scheduled

We will be performing network IP updates to cssh02.sdcc.bnl.gov and kdcstaff01.rhic.bnl.gov servers being moved to new Subnet/Cluster

The old rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov gateways will be shutdown at the end of January 2022, they are replaced by the new sftp.sdcc.bnl.gov gateways.
