There is a 120 seconds limit to enter the OTP token, if the time limit is exceeded gives the message of authentication failed and to try again.
When the wrong credentials are given(either kerberos password or OTP token) couple of times, the SDCC account will get locked out and in this case NX will give "Authentication Failed, please try again" message.
