correction factor at 3-degree

    I posted the correction factor at FS 3-degree.

    As I said before,  I did for proton and pbar, NOT pion, kaon.
    
    For 3-degree, I used one field setting,  1/3 AB.
    I took the ratio of tracks through 3-sigma matching paramter cut,
    and TOF1/TOF2 slat.
    Accepted momentum range is 3<p<18 for FFS, and 6<p<18 for FS.
