Hi all, 

Some one commited some stuff to BRAT and bumped the revision number
from 10 to 11 on May 3, _but_forgot_to_tag_the_CVS_repository_.  This
is important.  Please refer to `The Guide'.  I have _not_ added the
tag - the sinner should do that him/herself ASAP.
