Thanks for the plot.
I guess that you got 4.95 using tau=1fm/c in the Bjorken formula.
My estimate from the dNch/deta was ~4 but I assumed <Et>=0.5GeV.
Because you took proper <Et(Mt)> for kaons and protons which are 
significantly larger than 0.5
it seems that your result is very reasonably.
