    Hi All,
Although I am not a member of the paper committee for this paper, I
thought I would try to start the discussion anyway.
    Here are my preliminary comments:
    Introduction:
We almost state that we have seen QGP and Bjorken plateau. Do we want
    to word this so strongly?
In particular, we mention the (lack of) net baryons, but refer to the
other experiments. This is rather unfortunate as we have much better
    data than any of them.
We mention in the last sentence a "deconfined partonic state" can
partons be deconfined? I guess this is a matter of semantics, but it
    sounds odd to me.
In the second paragraph, we say "...predicted to experience attenuation
and energy loss as the traverse a dense HADRONIC
medium..." I guess the whole point is that the suppresion we see can't
be from a hadronic medium. Also, remove attenuation.

We mention the forward eta several times. IIRC, we cover eta=2 to
eta=2.2 with these data. should we refer to this as eta~2.1
    consistently throughout?

We say there is no "apparent" suppression in d+Au. This is quite an
understatement since there is an enhancement at high-pt for d+Au.

In the Experimental paragraph, we should either remove stuff about our
PID, or use our PID (alternatively, we could say that we do ID
particles, but to obtain sufficient statistics, we need to look at all
    hadrons).

I realize that these are fairly trivial comments, but I suppose it is
    at least a start!
    Good job so far, Claus.
    cheers,
    Ian
