Dear Collaborator, It has been a real issue trying to schedule the shifts for the remaining (final) part of the pp run. The planned beam exp even changed between 1 o'clock this afternoon and about 4 pm today. Exp physics running will resume around noon tomorrow and end next Thursday (May 29) evening at 20:00 for 12 hours final beam exp. A shift schedule that has been discussed with many of you 'volunteering' is placed on the op. page. I sincerely hopes the schedule holds. The plan is to finish the 4 deg 1/1A in about 24 h., have some 12 deg 2/3 A running followed by longer runs to get enough statistics for the 3 deg Ann measurements. At the same time the higher pt data at 90 and 40 degree will be supplemented. regards Flemming -- Flemming Videbaek Brookhaven National Laboratory Physics Department tlf 631-344-4106 fax 631-344-1334 e-mail: videbaek@bnl.gov
