shift list and schedule

    Dear Collaborator,

An updated shift list has been placed on the pii3 operator web pages. Due to
change in the schedule of people, some very near term changes has been made.
Please check-out an report problems , conflicts to me.

At this time some discussions have started whether to extend the present
dA run some weeks in order to full fill the require luminosity goals, at
the expense of the pp run, such this scientific program gets completed.
Should this in fact happen, and it may in fact be a good action to agree
to, the shift schedule following Mar 21 needs change in plans. At present
the collaboration had not counted on this period to be for physics
running, but for pp setup and few, if no one has planned to be at BNL. I
am alerting you to this as early I can, and hope that within a fairly
short time this
issue gets resolved.
