In view of the apparent seriousness of the affair regarding the continuation of RHIC operations beyond jan 31st-  which is beginning to worry me-
I  have sent the following message to a number of senators and congresspeople. I enclose for your information the text send to Hillary Clinton- the only one I know has visited Denmark! She is after all a NY state senator.
I have identified a few other people who chair science, budget and edu committees They also get this text.
