Thanks for the comments. I've updated the version on the web:

I've skipped the PID plots - four pages is simply not enough. I hope that
I can refer to Ian (do you plan to show PID plots?). Do we have a
reference for our NIM paper, or should I cite something else?

My plan is to submit it either tomorrow evening or saturday morning (CET),
but comments and suggestions are still very welcome.
