ffs vs fs

    Hi All,

I've made some analysis testing the consistency between ffs and fs tracks.

I also committed the module which does this analysis:

It is placed in brahms_app/ps_app/fs/globtra/, and is called

BrFsEffStudy.{cxx,h}, the script is: effStudy.C.
