Dear BRAHMS friends The word on the mountain is that the next physics run will start in March 2001 and extend into August 2001. We must also anticipate a fair amount of work on the detectors in Febraury 2001 ( I assume that the IR will be open then, else it must happen in January). In order to plan the season ahead I would like to ask ALL INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVES to gather information from and for their colleagues and send me a list of foressen presence at BNL-BRAHMS in the above period for 1) data taking/shifts and 2) experiment setup. I will then try to put it all together in a spreadsheet like for last run, so that we may discuss this and iterate on it at the collaboration meeting. Please send me this information before November 10 (2000). cheers Jens Joergen -- ____________________________________________________ JENS JORGEN GAARDHOJE Assoc. Prof. of Physics, Dr. Scient.
