Shift Summary:

No beam during entire shift.
1. Machine people spent some time to set up a 60 
   bunch fill configuration.  That ended up failing.
2. After that they tried to get beam as before, but had
   various problems.

No run achievements.
No detector problems (TPC anode voltages are off)
