Hi Flemming, I checked out analyze_app from cvs and tried to do ./autogen ./configure and I got the error checking for root-config... no configure: error: ROOT config script not found! Something must have happened even earlier since I was not able to do make make install with error messages like /opt/brahms/pro/include/root: Connection timed out make[1]: *** [ProgressMeter.lo] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/direct/brahms+u/tigist/MyBrahms/brahms_app/tml_app/analyze_app/util' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 Any ideas what I should do? Selemon, -----Original Message----- From: brahms-dev-l-bounces@lists.bnl.gov on behalf of Flemming Videbaek Sent: Fri 11/4/2005 1:24 PM To: devlist Subject: [Brahms-dev-l] update to analyze_app, brat The analyze app has ben updated with modification to the acceptance code. The main point was to introduce new maps for xf-pt . It is quite similar to the pVsTheta maps already there. During implementing this several problems were identified. - The code did not run due to typo's in newly added options for fiducial cuts. (fixed) - The inputoptions for fidicuals cuts are set to -99 and 99 in most cases. This in fact means the code does not check that tracks are inside the physical volumens at all. Corrected to get the volume size from geometry and change fiducial cuts to be at least corresponding to the size of the volume. - The MRS swimming does not check any y-range (apart from D2) and the tofw slat. (not changed). - there is a problem with 60 deg run-5 setting for MRS (found by coincidence)- kris is investigating. Note; You must also update brat since a new method has been added to BrDetectorVolume.
