As most of you must know, rcf will be updated this summer.  The date for 
update seemed to be finalized to the week of September 15th.  All data 
in local disks will be lost during this update.  Don't cry this time 
since we got an advance warning unlike the last time.  Move your 
important files to more permanent places (May I suggest  HPSS :) ).
