slewing corrections in the FS

    Hi all,

I've committed some slewing corrections for H1 and H2. I used to main 
settings with high statistics : 8 deg. runs (around 5574) and earlier runs 
at 4 deg. (5361 to 5387). The PID is improved if you use it so don't 
forget to use this method when initializing the tof rdo module :

  rdomod->SetUseSlewing(kTRUE);


I'll do 1 or 2 more when more global track files will come out (12 deg. 
setting at least).
