I've committed a few changes to brat: 1. BrDigitizeDC.{h,cxx} : added new option for doing the digitization which allows to be independent of the details of brag geometry. It was easy thanks to global hit's position available from the BrGeantHit class objects. Using this option Djamel shows that what brag knows about detector geometry effectively differs from what is written to the db and used in brat during the data reconstruction. In case of T1,T2,T4 and T5 brag and db geometry are more or less consistent but in the case of T3 the difference is significant. 2. BrBfsTrackingModule.{h,cxx}: added new option. When one uses bfs->SetKeepMatched(kTRUE); then BrBfsTrackingModule (besides BfsTrack table) adds three additional tables in to the outNode, namely: "MatchedT2T4", "MatchedT3T4", and "MatchedT4T5". By default the matched tracks are not propagated (==SetKeepMatched(kFALSE)). This changes can not affect any data analysis. BRAT tag remains the same.
