Ok, from the archives I gather that 'Howdy, all Y'all' is correct? It's not easy being foreign ;-) > Just one comment since a piece of code was included. This prompted me to recheck my calc. of the offset since I now have higher statistics, and I get a slightly higher value - 27.6 cm. This number is now the default in CVS, set in the constructor. I include a ps-file showing the histo I used to det. this value - it allready has an offset of 26.5 in it, so I added the extra 1.1 I get from the mean of the signal gaussian. Please have a look at it and see if it is sensible, since this offset is quite important. Also, I guess we should really check what Michael is saying about the temp./time dependence of this offset... For reference, the included histogram has data from runs 2529, 2530, 2531 and 2535. Ping :-) ------------------------------------------------ Bjorn H.
