Dear Djamel, Could you please outline a bit more what you mean by the statement "I faced some problems" We can certainly agree that changes to a setup can be needed but I do not really see that the problem of writting out to the .geo problem is fundamentally related to the intrinsic of geant detector descriptions. So before I concur in this change I would really like to understand the real problem as well as being able to see changes in the code. I understand you have not written stuff into CVS, but could you leave a copy on the RCF machines? regards Flemming ----- Original Message ----- From: Djamel Ouerdane <ouerdane@nbi.dk> To: <brahms-dev-l@bnl.gov> Sent: Wednesday, May 03, 2000 12:00 PM Subject: Gbrahms > Hi Flemming and others, > > Flemming, before I commit my work, I'd like to tell you a bit about my > changes in gbrahms: > as I wanted to get a feeling of how my PID stuff worked with the MRS > arm, > I 've changed the TOFW geometry setup, but more deeply than what I told > you > in previous emails. > I understood the spirit of your setup but then, I faced some problems, > still because of a unique > name you assign to several different volumes.
