Datamoving + calibrations temporary instructions (July 14-16)

The datamover will run pedestals and gains automatically next week; however the software has not yet been commissioned.
In the meantime, the datamover will mark runs as appropriate and you will have to run the calibrations by hand. Procedure:

1. Follow Si calibration procedure as outlined in Si Calibrations. 
2. Note the DAQ partition (0, 1, 2, or 3), Run, and Sequence number of the file you just calibrated.
3. Open a window on phucsia, and as an example, if you ran using Run 7101, Sequence 2, Partition 3, type:

cd /mnt/data/7/datamover/peds
rm data_3_PhoRaw007101s002

This will unblock the datamover and allow it to sink runs (and run DV) which occurred after your pedestal run.
