RHIC X-term Regular check
Check that display of PHOBOS RHIC scalers (Phobos Triggers and Phobos Chipmunks) are updating.

Also check High Voltage (zcal) display.  If red, no reports are being received.

If they are not:  First close the window and attempt to restart from root menu.  If display remains blank (or red):

Weekdays: call MCR and ask them to report to Controls Support that the PHOBOS FEC is down.

Nights & weekends:  Push white button and inform MCR that we have rebooted our RHIC FEC.  If further trouble ask for Support call.
