Hi Hans et al, I suspect something changed the delay of one of the TDC box (either top or bottom) during data taking. What you don't say is that it affects only the first 16 slats, which points to a hardware issue. If I remember correctly, a TDC box has 2x8 i/o, isn't that the case ? If only the 1st 16 top _or_ bottom tubes are affected, then your time diff (bot - top) will be shifted.
