RCF and BNL e-mail

    RCF has reconfigured switches and mti-disk and hope this shouls improve the stability (it cannot barely get any worse)
At the same time the bnl e-mail server has been down (*)and is still spewing out day old messages to people, so it may well be that problesm has been reported, but not noticed due to this.
In addition the announchements even before this were lacking. I hope this is not ok, but please report problems
asap so this can be brought to the attention of the right people - for RCF pelase use the CTS ticket but send me/Betty a note too.
