The mysql calibration and main database has been moved this afternoon (Apr 23) from rcas005-> rcas006 which was subsequently renamed to be on proper network for correct firewall access. This has two implications a) The rcas0006 does not exist anymore with this name - b) the mysql DB runs on a faster and newer machine that should not be obsolete for some years. rcas0005 should NOT be used for interactive or LSF batch use. If you see any problems with the DB, that may be due to this move, please report to me and I will get in contact with Tony. A sample mysql direct queries, as well as using bratmain from other rcas node worked just fine. regards Flemming ------------------------------------------------------ Flemming Videbaek Physics Department Brookhaven National Laboratory tlf: 631-344-4106 fax 631-344-1334 e-mail: videbaek@bnl.gov
