RCF farm upgrades

    The RCF farms crs and cas has been running RH 6.2 for a long time. Several test machines has been upgraded to RH 7.2
with the aim of testing out if this caused problems. Kris and I had checked out the Brat code ,and I the brag and it seemed to work
w/o problems. The other experiments have also done this exercise. 
It was announched that following this the farms will be upgraded later this month, and the schedule announced by RCF.
