Hi dev'ils,

a new brat sees the light of day. There was something strange with 
BrTpcSequenceAdder. Not beeing able to find where the bug was, I 
rewrote the entire thing, and renamed it: BrTpcAddSeqModule
It works just the same way as the old one.
DO NOT USE BrTpcSequenceAdder ANY MORE!!!
(I have removed it from brat!)

I have compiled the new version and it seems to work fine.
Let me know if there is any trouble.
