Hi soft'ies.

As promised last week, I've updated BrVertexFilter, changing the order of
checking BrBbVertex and BrBbRdo. I also added the functionality to demand
a specific vertex - it's all set to kFALSE by default so the behaviour of
the module isn't changed by this.

Brat is now 2-2-7, and I had the honour of reaching revision 1-100 of
configure.in :-)

        * modules/util/BrVertexFilter.cxx, modules/util/BrVertexFilter.h:
        Changed the order of BB vertex checking - first BrBbVertex, then
BbRdo
        Added functionality for demanding the presence of a specific
vertex
        object, set to kFALSE by default. Syntax:
        myVertexFilter->Demand[Bb/Zdc/Tpc]Vertex();
