Brat bug fixes and update

Dear all,

I've fixed some errors introduced in the previous brat version (2.1.1)
and bumped the version number to 2.1.2 (tag BRAT-2-1-2)

The errors were:

 - BrBbGainModule  --> changed to BrBbGainCalModule

 - in this module, some method names were wrong:
     Set[Min,Max]Ped              --> changed to Set[Min,Max]Adc
     fCalibration->[Set,Get]Gain0 --> changed to [Set,Get]AdcGain0

 - in Makefile.am, LinkDef.h, Include.h, commented out all reference to
   BrBbSlewingCalModule, not yet part of brat (but soon).

 - updated configure.in for the verion number.

Now brat compiles!!! :)
