RCF problems

As you may have noticed RCF has severe problems with one of the NFS servers; this means logging on may be
hampered, most webpages those served by RCF is down except for an important exception.
The main RCF page is on a seperate machine so to check possible problems you can check the 'what's new' that
is updated independtly of nfs disks.
In addition you cannot for likely most of the day send e-mail to any RCF person (lucky guys) neither get response to
any trouble ticket.
