Betty, As far as I am concerned, you can remove the "all access" from cycomp.tamu.edu. As everyone on this list knows, I am now a big unix (linuix) fan and don't login from the VAX anymore. Furthermore, if I need to, I have ssh running on the vax which has let me get into any machine in rcf when necessary. But, while we are on the subject of services, I am playing with Christians MySQL db stuff and I would like to use the mysql server running on pii3. But that port appears to be closed somewhere, because I cannot access it. In the meantime, I am using a mysql server that I have running here, but I would prefer to test how it works to access databases from here. As for another service blocked, I still cannot access the opus port 7772 to be able to read BRAHMS events into my monitors running here at TAMU. If that would be opened, it would make my life here a lot easier.
