Table names in BRAT

Hi all,

This past week-end, we talked a little about the names of the various
tables in `BrEventNode's. I hadn't really looked into those at that
time, so I didn't have any opinion on the issue then. However, after a
few words with Ian on this topic, and some browsing of the code, I now
have a suggestion on this.

Why not collect all of the names of these tables into a header
file. This will make for an easier overview of the names used inside
the code, and properly ease the writing of analysis applications. One
would just include the header file, and use the strings defined in
that one.

We'll try this out on the TOF module. We'll make a global file in
`base/inc', called `BrTableNames.h'.

I think this is a good idea, and hope you'll agree.

Cheers,

Christian (and Ian)
