Hi Steve,

I had to remove the *.cache directories in the brat, bdst and banapp directories manually.
This may not be needed, but it seems to work (different version of autotools due to change of OS
I think. Try that.

I have almost proof working, apart form errors when uploading packages. I am not sure I understand this.
Several small issues had to be fixed together with Chris Hollewell. ROOT.log is also not yet world readable.
