      They may be mentioned in the references [1-4], but I think

Attached is a draft of my contribution on behalf of the collaboration for the winter workshop in bigsky.
The material included is taken from the PRL yet to be accepted,  and results presented at SPIN2006, and DNP.
Part of the text is from these publications.
