Hi Hongyan,

     hope you are doing fine. Here are a few comments to
your contribution that you might you want to consider:

1) I would rewrite the 1st sentence of the introduction:

   Ultra-relativistic p+A collisions are used to understand the
initial state effects in heavy ion collisions which may have 
produced a deconfined nuclear matter, the so called quark-gluon
plasma (QGP) in the laboratory.

2) page 3, line 1

   ... separation of pions and kaons ...
or get rid of the "s" from the symbols for pions and kaons

3) paragraph below Fig. 2

   Line 3

   .. It provides us with ... x scales. A
suppression ...
   
   Line 4

    is it negative pions that is suppressed? If not, how does
the suppression of positive hadrons confirm the suppression of
negative hadrons?

  I would write
    ... was seen, saturating at ~ 0.6 ...

4) Page 3, last paragraph, 

  Line 2

   ... over the full pT range ...

 Line 4

   a similar mechanism ...
