    hope you are doing fine. Very nice and well written paper.
Here are some comments and questions which you may or may not take.

Page 1
1. Introduction

Line 4 :  I suggest the wording

    waiting for a truly QCD description based on first principles that will include ...

2. In detector setup and analysis

  a)  I would move the part that describes the FS trigger on page 2 to the 3rd line
      from the bottom on page 1 so that it reads.

   ... called CC detectors and an FS trigger ... and start the next sentence with
 "The CC detectors have ...

  b)  On page 2 ,line 6 after Figure 1, you mention a bias "21 +/- 1%". 
     What quantity does this bias refer to?.

  c) Same page, line 5 of 2nd paragraph, you say the spectra "may include up to five
     magnetic field settings". I think it would be good to omit how many field settings
     were used since it would not add any more information to the physics message you want
     to convey.

3. Comparison with NLO
   page 3
  a) you might want to mention what the variable "z" is.
  b) In Fig2 caption, 1st line, change to ... production of negative pion.

4 Ratios
  page 4

  a) how about positive pions, are they not produced particles like the negative ones?
