Dear Collaborator, After several iterations on possible times for the fall collaboraation meeting we have settled on the dates of October 11-13 at Texas A&M. The time is about one month ahead of QM06, and there should be sufficient time from now until the meeting to have the physics material for the presentations. The meeting will take on Thursday and Friday at the Cyclotron Institute, and depending on the travel of people we could have a short session on Wednesday on software issues. You should plan to arrive on Wednesday. Afternoon. The schedule is constrained by a football game on Saturday at TAMU. It is possible to have a room at College Station on Friday night at higher price ($145 vs $81; see below). Otherwise one can depart College Station late Friday either traveling or staying at e.g. Houston/Dallas for continuing travel. This may not be the optimal time for everybody, but based on the responses received from the institutions it works for a good number of people. At this point it is difficult to arrange the meeting at any other time. We will appreciate your rapid feedback confirming the participation on the meeting, which will deal with preparation of upcoming publications, DNP in Nashville and QM 06 in China. We got some information from the hotel.(Holiday Inn Express) For the time we are talking about, they have rooms available on Wed, Thur 11th,12th-Oct) for $81/night and Friday 13-Oct for $145. Of course, there is nothing available on sat, 14-Oct, but we knew that already. As one can imagine, they said we need to book ASAP because in addition to the football game, there is another event at TAMU with the Texas Department of Transportation. A set of rooms will be blocked until September 10. Please let us know as soon as possible your attendance plans.
