Dear Collaborator,

As you most likely know there has been an NSAC subcommitee to review to
outlook for nuclear physics in US in the next 5 year period under rather
severe budget scenarios. The subcommitee will present the report to the full
NSAC next Wednesday. It may thus result in smaller changes before being
delivered to DOE, which has been informed about the final recommendations
around which the report has been written. It is not quite public, but has
been made available to the collaborations thanks to Bob Tribble, Rick Casten
and Bill Zajc.

best regards
    Flemming
