[Brahms-l] [Fwd: [Brahms-dev-l] DB change]

As all of you should know already, E-log tells you that you (or 
something else) are doing something wrong when you see characters in RED 
color.  This should be very obvious for a shifter to notice.  When you 
see Red color character in your Run info, it is very likely that you did 
not type right number in your start run option of DAQ.  Although it is 
very easy to fix a few (we have a little gui program), but it is not a 
fun to fix many in that way.  It is highly adviserable for a shifter to 
pay attention to your Elog/DAQ.  (Note:  Particularly, the angle setting 
of MRS/FS are only recorded by shifter's input.  A shifter should check 
FS/MRS setting once a shift in TV.)

Please make sure begin run matches actual seetings of magnets.
