Dear Collaborator, in the continuing white-paper process the experiments are releasing the papers for viewing and for comments on factual errors, and importantly as leading up to the discussion on how and where these papers can be publised, considering the review nature of all of the papers. Certainly the style of our, phenix and star has not changed since the june presentations, apart from the phenix being strongly geared towards PRC. I do not know about the PHOBOS since they are not yet willing to share their draft, and wants more time in order or 2 weeks before doing so. As said below in our own message, please direct comments on our paper, and the process to JJG and myself. best regards flemming --- STAR white paper ---- Dear Bill (Yasuyuki), Flemming, and Mark, A draft copy of the STAR Whitepaper concerning the search for the quark-gluon plasma at RHIC is now available at: http://www.star.bnl.gov/STAR/public/STAR-QGP-White-Paper.pdf This draft will be available for comments for several weeks before final revisions are made prior to preparing for submission. We are particularly interested in soliciting comments on possible factual errors. Please send comments to myself, with a cc to Steve Vigdor; we will insure these are reviewed and addressed as appropriate by the STAR Collaboration.
