Dear Coll.

We encountered some HV problems. Thank to Per who found this by inspection after beam was restored late afternoon. At the beginning of the evening shift after a day w/o beam it was discovered that the small tubes in the left array had unstable HV supply. About half the tube were off. It was attempted to turn down, and back on all tubes, but the whole MF seemed to have tripped. Hiro negotiated an access folllowing the current store (expected at ~20:30 Friday evening) where he and Bob kindly will be present to attempt to fix in a half hour controlled access.

At this moment we do not record MRS data, that requires good timing but only FS data (tr2,6). I evaluated that FS data at high field do not need the BB for timing, an the ZDC vertex will suffice for vertex info. Should the change of HV mainframe for some reason not succeed the runnning should continue with FS triggers only.
