Dear Steve
As a general statement I find that this is a nice piece of work. I still
think that it is worthy of PRL, and I agree that it should be submitted
ASAP, preferably before QM ( and put on the preprint server).
I have no particular problems with the text - although I find the first
sentence notably weak.
