Log book#15 pages 23 - 23

Shift Summary:
------------------------------------------------------------
1. Beam from 11 am until 3 pm.

2. run 9352 - non TPC pedestal run;
   run 9353 - TPC pedestal run;
   run 9354 -  FS 1/8 B, MRS 6A - min bias data (227k tr1);
   run 9355 - testing trigger 6;
   run 9356 - testing trigger 3;
   run 9357 - data with tr. 1, 3, 8;
   run 9359 - data with tr. 1, 3, 4, 6, 8.

3. Flemming worked at triggers (see e-log):
Revisited the MRS trigger. The timing was basically ok, but decided to take out ~ 4 nsec in ZDC, and increase width of TOFW times a bit. Should be rechecked in software.
Note also that (at least the slat# 7 is less effecient as seen in the plot above.
We ran a run with basically trigger 3. It seems to have ~25% matched tracks per trigger. This is probably a bit smaller than what one could have hoped for.
Retimed FS trigger 6 - using the same scheme as Dana fro MRS creating the ZDC.FS.TR. H1 and timed it up at the LVL0 input. Rate increased by ~ 20-30%.
H2 and trigger 2 will have to be done differently- It comes ~7 nsec later than other signals at LVL0. Could be done in parralel with tr6 rather than serially.
See trigger log page 76-79 for more details and pictures.
Trigger rates were ~25 for MRS, 120 for FS
we can consider making the timing cut for ZDC to be used in the trigger much narrower than the 18 nsec used
