Dear BRAHMS colleagues I take the opportunity to wish you all a good Christmas and a prosperous and happy 2004.. Looking back on 2003 from the perspective of BRAHMS I see a very fruitful year with lots of new and interesting physics coming out of our collaboration: high pt suppression (good for GQP), no hight pt suppression (even better for QGP), more high pt suppression ( good for CGC), transparency and energy loss (good for Bjorken), multiplicity distributions (more or less good for HIJING), meson production (equally good for Bjorken and Landau it seems) and pp data (good for all) and much more. I am sure that the future holds plenty of fun in store for all of us. cheers JJ ____________________________________________________________ Jens Jørgen Gaardhøje, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Sc.
