The attempted to accelerate twice. For the first attempt the had the beam a while at top energy. The Rates (BB,ZDC singles) show the BAD oscillatory pattern we also saw last year. This was caused at that time by a powersupply near its limit. This was also present last night, ask to see the MCR intensity plots. I strongly suspect this is also te reason that T3 could not hold Voltage with beam. It did just fine earlier with no beam (see e-log). Change one TDC for MRS trigger counter - this solved the issue of no response. Updated software for FS trigger. (Partial) List of work for tomorrows access. - Check and fix FFS1440 and BFS1440 HV readout. - Complete TPM2 pulser checks, and cable up for normal running. - One apparent dead channel in TR-MRS top#7 - Can we have the IR camera that is out of commision. - Walk thorugh to ensure all power is on. The run from last night has T4 and T5 turned on - please check the hit distributions... Plese look at the data and report problems. This is every bodys experiment, also in the setup phase, and even with the holidays imminent. ------------------------------------------------------------ -- Flemming Videbaek Brookhaven National Laboratory Physics Department tlf 631-344-4106 fax 631-344-1334 e-mail: videbaek@bnl.gov _______________________________________________ Brahms-l mailing list Brahms-l@lists.bnl.gov http://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/brahms-lReceived on Sun Dec 21 16:31:39 2003
