Dear Coleagues,

Included here is a draft agenda for the coll meeting end of next week.

If you want to present additional material or suggestions please forward
these to me.I hope te schedule leave ample time for the 3 main subjects
for the meeting, namely
- current papers in preparation
- QM plans and presentations
- run preparations

In particular for this last point as I have mentioned before we must make
priorities, since the estimate amount of Au-Au running is not what we
hoped for. I have set time aside for such discussion, and strongly urge
each group
to have prepare material for their preference within the context of the
beam use propoal plan, and with request in term of delivered luminositity
i.e. expecte quality of measurements.

best regards
    Flemming
