    Dear Ian,

still a few minor comments on the new version:

    1) In paragraph 3: I would remove "using a scaling to our acceptance and
to the estimated number of binary collisions" since we will describe how
    to compare in detail later.

I would replace "similar spectra" by "the invariant spectra" in the next
    sentence.

    2) FIG. 1 caption: I would use "have been scaled" instead of "have been
offset". The meaning of "scale" is very much different from "offset" if
translated to Chinese :) One is to multiply, the other is just to add
or subtract in order to cancel ...

    3) FIG. 4 caption: "... for minimum bias collisions"
Can it be changed to "...for minimum bias (MB) collisions"? You used MB
to denote minimum bias in the figure as far as I saw.

    4) In paragraph 9: "It is striking that the R_dAu factor ..."
I would remove "factor" which is part of the definition of R_AA.

    5) Reference:

Some place need use {\bf ...}.

    [11] "B. B: Back et al." --> "B. B. Back {\it et al.}"

    Cheers,
    Zhongbao
