Shift Summary:

1. Since 3:30 RHIC has beam but no collisions in BRAHMS. 
   Star and Phobos are having several thousand collisions and     
   Phenix has a few thousand, but Brahms has no collisions at 
   all. MCR kept saying that they were working on steering 
   but nothing happened. No collisions for the entire shift.
