geometry values committed and corrected

    Hello,
    This is to let you know (again) that geometry values for run-III have 
    been committed to the DB.  They are the survey numbers (converted to 
    local coordinates for the DB) and thus will need "fine" tuning.
    
    One thing that turned up while we were debugging this is that the y 
    position of t1 and t2 is apparently set incorrectly for run-II (ie last 
    years run).  They were known to be .8 (and are set that way for the 
    run-III period), but were 1.3 for t1 and .9 for t2.  They have not been 
    changed for run-II because that would affect matching and projections 
    etc and should be discussed before this would be done if it would be 
    done.  It might clear up several mysteries (along with the possibility 
    of generating new mysteries???).  Again, the y-values for run-III for t1 
    and t2 are set to the "correct" values, ie both = 0.8
