Geometry for Run-III

Hello,
This message is to announce that I have just completed committing the 
run-III settings of the detectors into the Geometry.  As mentioed 
yesterday, most of the settings were taken from Flemmings message of 
30-Mar, but with several iterations yesterday and this morning.

Please let me know if you have problems.  These problems could be two 
fold.  One is if I typed something wrong and the detector is just not 
where it is supposed to be.  I will correct that sort of problem once it 
is identified.  The other is errors inside the precision of the survey 
which will come about by "fine tuning".  These will be implemented as 
soon as there is agreement on exactly what those numbers should be.
