    Dear Collegues,

I will like to add a few comments to this annouchement
I am very pleased to see that seperate NIM papers on sub-systems of the
Brahms detector are emerging, an will encourage
others to be followed soon. The policy on these NIM papers are, as
    discussed at several collaborations meetings
    - the collaboration as such were co-authors on the overall NIM paper, in
    print.
    - sub-system , as in this case the multiplicity tiles, will be authored by
people directly involved in the detector, and
the collaboration would be acknowledged and informed of the content of the
paper before submission, and if you wish make
    comments and suggestions.

    best regards
        Flemming

PS I send this yesterday but via an account that di not accept the reuqest
    to brahms-l@bnl.gov sorry.
